The services described on this website are advisory in nature. Specifically:
I provide guidance, frameworks, and strategic advice relating to business process optimisation and automation.
I do not build, implement, code, or deploy automation systems, software, or workflows on behalf of clients.
I do not act as a representative, reseller, or affiliate of any automation vendor, software company, or technology provider.
All advice provided - whether through free sessions, paid sessions, downloadable resources, or content - is general or contextual in nature and does not constitute a guarantee of any specific business outcome.
Results from implementing any advice or framework depend entirely on factors outside my control, including but not limited to your business circumstances, resources, team, and execution. No specific outcome, revenue increase, or cost saving is promised or implied.
3. Free Advisory Sessions
I periodically offer a limited number of free 1:1 advisory sessions. The following conditions apply:
Submitting an application does not guarantee a session. All applications are reviewed personally and selection is entirely at my discretion.
Applicants who are not selected will be notified by email.
Free sessions are offered for the purpose of understanding business challenges and providing general directional advice. They do not constitute a formal consulting engagement or ongoing advisory relationship.
Sessions are conducted via video call. Where possible, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. I will always try to accommodate this where my availability allows.
I reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or discontinue the free session programme at any time without notice.
4. Free Downloadable Resources
Free resources such as the Automation Starter Map are provided for educational and informational purposes only. By downloading any resource:
You acknowledge that the content reflects general guidance and frameworks, not advice tailored to your specific situation.
You agree that I retain full intellectual property rights over all downloadable materials. Resources may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without prior written permission.
Downloading this resource does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. Where you have separately opted in to receive emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email.

7. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR)
I take your privacy seriously. As an EU-based operator, I comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation EU 2016/679).
What data I collect: When you submit a form on this website, I collect your name, email address, and any additional information you voluntarily provide in the form fields. For advisory session applications, I additionally collect information you voluntarily provide about your business, operational challenges, and automation experience. This data is used solely to evaluate your application and, if selected, to prepare for and conduct your session.
Why I collect it: To respond to your application or enquiry, to deliver requested resources, and to send you relevant advisory content and updates where you have explicitly opted in.
Legal basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing communications and resource delivery, and legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for responding to direct enquiries.
How long I keep it: Email subscribers are retained for as long as you remain an active subscriber and removed from active lists within 30 days of unsubscribing. Session applicants: application data is retained for 12 months from the date of submission, then deleted unless an ongoing advisory relationship exists. You may request deletion at any time by contacting hello@catalinivana.com.
Your rights: Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact me at hello@catalinivana.com.
Third parties: Your data is stored and managed through Systeme.io, my website and email platform. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.
Unsubscribe: Every marketing email I send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also unsubscribe by emailing me directly at any time.
